The villa offers beautiful décor and furnishings as well as a large walled garden, with large private swimming pool (9.5m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m) and separate children’s pool, extensive sun terraces, lawns, al fresco dining veranda and BBQ. Two storeys. Long cobbled driveway leads up to front door and then into a hallway. Lounge with fireplace, basic satellite TV and patio doors opening onto the shaded terrace with steps down to the swimming pool, dining room, fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One double and one twin bedroom each with ensuite shower/WC. Upstairs are one double and two twins, each with bath or shower/WC, and a large terrace. Safe and alarm. All main rooms have air conditioning - £120 per week, must be pre-booked and prepaid to Hoseasons if required. Cleaning provided three times a week, linen changed weekly. Thursday changeover in July and August (Saturday changeovers possible in other months, please phone to request this).
