All of Vilamoura's golf courses are luxurious, but perhaps the most special is Victoria golf course designed by Arnold Palmer (if you know golf you know Arnold Palmer). Victoria golf course is a major player on the International Golf Tournament circuit, and is an 18 hole/par 72 championship course. Old Course, the second of Vilamoura's luxury golf courses, sits right at the heart of Vilamoura. It's a parkland golf course this one, and although it's the oldest Vilamoura golf course (dating back to 1967), it's been renovated recently to great effect. A clubhouse and adjacent putting green are on-site, and this Algarve golf course has an environmentally friendly leaning with ISO 14001 standards.

Millennium Vilamoura golf course is newer - surprise surprise it opened in 2000. With a Par 72, Millennium has a new outward half designed by Hawtree. It was previously joined with the Laguna golf course making up a 27 hole large course, but its been separated out to an independent 9 hole golf course.

Laguna golf course is unique among Vilamoura's courses. There's a links character to this course which sits on low lying ground and has numerous water hazards.
